At Custom Championship Belts, we take pride in our craftsmanship; however, due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are generally limited to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Please review our step-by-step process below to initiate a claim for your custom hardware.

Return Process

    Submit a Claim

    Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

  • 2.
    Provide Documentation

    Attach high-resolution photos or videos demonstrating any structural defects or inaccuracies in the custom engraving or plating.

  • 3.
    Return Authorization

    Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your belt.

  • 4.
    Repair or Replacement

    Upon receiving the item, our master craftsmen will either repair the defect or manufacture a replacement to ensure your belt meets championship standards.
